We Are Growing!
In the past decade total worship attendance in our churches has nearly doubled. As a result, within the past four years all
three churches have undergone major renovations and additions. Salem added a fellowship hall, kitchen and pavilion. Newville
added classrooms and a greatly enlarged fellowship hall and kitchen. And Sycamore church is currently consulting with a church
architect developing plans for a new 250 seat sanctuary addition and sunday school addition. Come grow with us!
Furthermore, all three churches of the Prince George United Methodist Charge have handicapped accessible restrooms, classrooms,
fellowship hall and sanctuary.

Awards & Recognition
Sycamore church has been honored to received the "Award of Excellence in Town and Country Ministry-2001", by the
Virginia Annual Conference.
Newville church was certified as "A Church For All God's Children", for
it's excellence in children's ministries, in 2000, by the Bishop's Initiative on Children's Ministries. Sycamore church is
expected to be certified for the same award in 2001.
